Reflecting on an Incredible Year at PALLMANN 2024 – Mac Everington

Hi There! My name is Mac Everington, and I am proud to be the Sales Manager for PALLMANN UK. I started with PALLMANN in the middle of this year, in May, to be precise, and the first six months of this journey have already provided some wonderful moments to look back on and be proud of.

When it comes to creating beautiful, durable, and sustainable wood flooring solutions, PALLMANN UK stands as a trusted leader in the industry.

With a rich history rooted in innovation and craftsmanship, PALLMANN is dedicated to providing top-quality products and solutions for every stage of wood flooring installation, maintenance, and restoration. We believe we have achieved this in our first year managing the brand. Although we faced some challenges, we feel we are in a better position now than when we started.

Like everything in life, it's not supposed to be easy, and I think the same can be said for PALLMANN. I felt we found a brand in ‘intensive care’ and the steps to take it out of a critical condition and into a new lease of life have been at the forefront of our minds. How have we done this? 

• Well, we started by addressing our core product range, which we have streamlined, making it a lot simpler and more accessible to our customers.
• A marketing focus on our 5 reasons to use PALLMANN.
• Stocking of products within the UK + offering realistic and workable lead times. Often within 48 hours.
• Re-launch of the Parkettprofi initiative with our valued contractors.
• A look into 2025, and introducing new & enhanced products in our range for the new year.

We have made great strides, and I want to thank our valued distribution partners for their hard work and their unwavering support not only towards me but the brand of PALLMANN throughout 2024. Some of the work we have achieved together has been incredible and I look forward to working with our partners, clients and friends, moving forward in 2025. 

This brings me to our customers, who are at the forefront of our minds every day, working with our products on job sites across the entire country. Thank you for your patience and support with us this year, and I can’t wait for what 2025 has install for you and your teams! I know for sure PALLMANN will be standing by your side supporting you with the projects you have upcoming and anything you may need, you feel you can count on us!

We have great plans to push ahead on great content on our social media, with reels, videos, blogs, webinars & podcasts all on the agenda, to bring our loyal base of customers closer to the action.
