Investing in young people? SHAPING TOMORROW’S WOOD FLOORING PROFESSIONALS
PALLMANN is relaunching its NexGen Programme for 2026, a dedicated training pathway designed to develop the next generation of high-calibre wood flooring experts.
Starting in July 2026, this structure programme will equip your apprentices and improvers with the practical skills and technical knowledge required to deliver outstanding results on site.
Across six training days held at our Stafford Campus, participants will explore all key aspects of subfloor preparation, installation and renovation for wood flooring. The curriculum is designed to combine theory with hands-on experience, ensuring that attendees understand both the “how” and the “why” behind professional wood floor installation and refurbishment.
The programme will culminate in a final event at PALLMANN’s headquarters in Wurzburg, Germany. In Spring 2027, hosted by our international technical team. This event will
consolidate learning, showcase best practice, and provide valuable insight into working with premium products and professional machines.
Participation in the NexGen Programme will help you develop the next generation of skilled wood flooring experts, elevate the quality and consistency of your projects, and strengthen your team’s expertise in modern wood flooring techniques.
