PALLMANN NEXGEN supports new contractor employees and apprentices between the ages of 18 and 29. Our next group of 10 start their 3 year journey with a 2 day introduction to the basics of wood floor installation and renovation. In 2022 they will visit Würzburg and our superb new technical and training facility to advance their knowledge. In 2023 they will take part in a world class project with some of the best industry trainers and practitioners in the world and learn advanced skills to enhance their abilities.
YOUR COMMITMENT
To allow each young person some time away from your workplace to learn and develop in a formal but fun way with their peers. Transport to the training centre and back.
